great service and quality equipment. Going to have a warm winter this year. Just be aware of first day using, it has first burn smell which better plan ahead of air flue.

We bought a fireplace and stone cladding from Haus Collective and couldn't be happier. Their products are top shelf and their customer service even better. Our house build dragged on significantly longer than anticipated so I ended up dealing with Marina and the team at Haus for over a year and every single interaction with them has been enjoyable. Cannot recommend highly enough and would certainly use again.

Haus Collective are amazing!! I highly recommend them, their customer service is outstanding. Melanie in particular was just amazing, she couldn't have been more helpful! Prompt with quote and follow-up, organised my fireplace, recommended a trusted installer and stonemason. She also arranged and coordinated the fireplace delivery and installation.....and all in the week before Christmas. Her chosen fireplace installers did a fabulous job, they completed the whole thing in a day. They were prompt, professional, tidy and provided great design advice. A great experience from start to finish and I wouldn't hesitate to use again or recommend to anyone else in need of a fireplace. Thank you! Angie
