Why We Love the Escea DF960
At Haus Collective, the Escea DF960 has become one of our most recommended gas fireplaces because it offers the ideal combination of size, performance and architectural appeal. It’s large enough to create a striking feature wall, yet proportioned perfectly for the majority of Australian homes, making it one of the most versatile fireplaces in the Escea collection.
The DF960’s frameless design allows it to integrate effortlessly into natural stone, porcelain, timber or custom plaster feature walls, creating a clean and timeless finish that complements both contemporary and classic interiors. Its Powered Direct Vent flue system also provides exceptional installation flexibility, allowing builders and designers greater freedom when planning the layout of a home.
Another standout feature is the ability to install a television from just 200mm above the fireplace, making it a popular choice for modern entertainment walls without compromising on style or functionality.
With up to 7.4kW of heat output, Smart Heat Wi-Fi control and a selection of premium log and rock fuel bed options, the DF960 delivers outstanding warmth, everyday convenience and a beautifully realistic flame.
