$4,499.00
Contemporary Design. Exceptional Performance. Timeless Luxury.
The Escea EW5000 Outdoor Wood Fireplace has been designed for homeowners who believe outdoor living should be enjoyed all year round. Combining the authentic experience of a real wood fire with the ability to cook over open flames, the EW5000 creates a spectacular focal point for any outdoor entertaining area.
Designed and manufactured in New Zealand, the EW5000 is equally at home in contemporary architectural residences, coastal homes and acreage properties. Whether you’re entertaining family on a cool winter evening, gathering around the fire with friends or cooking over glowing hardwood embers, the EW5000 delivers an outdoor experience that’s uniquely Australian.
The Heart of Every Outdoor Entertaining Area
The Escea EW5000 is much more than an outdoor fireplace—it’s a place where people naturally gather.
Built around a generous open firebox, the EW5000 provides the ambience, warmth and crackling sound that only a genuine wood fire can deliver. Unlike many outdoor fireplaces, it also incorporates an adjustable cooking plate, allowing you to grill steaks, seafood, vegetables or simply toast marshmallows while enjoying the fire.
For those who love outdoor cooking, Escea also offers an optional Wood-Fired Pizza Oven, allowing you to create authentic wood-fired pizzas from the comfort of your own backyard. When the cooking plate isn’t required, it conveniently stores beneath the ash pan, allowing the fireplace to return to its clean, minimalist appearance.
Constructed from 4mm heavy-duty steel, the EW5000 has been engineered to withstand Australia’s demanding outdoor conditions while providing years of reliable performance. It can be installed with or without the optional stainless steel fascia, giving homeowners complete flexibility to create either a contemporary frameless finish or a more defined architectural appearance.

Why We Love the Escea EW5000
At Haus Collective, the Escea EW5000 perfectly captures what outdoor living is all about. Here in Queensland, we spend more time outside than almost anywhere else in Australia, and this fireplace has been designed to make the most of that lifestyle. Whether it’s entertaining around the pool, hosting family barbecues, enjoying a winter evening on the alfresco or simply sitting beside a real wood fire after work, the EW5000 creates a space where people genuinely want to gather.
What we particularly love is its simplicity. There are no complicated controls or unnecessary features—just the unmistakable crackle of burning hardwood, beautiful natural flames and the ability to cook over an authentic wood fire whenever you choose. The adjustable cooking plate adds another level of functionality, while the optional pizza oven transforms the fireplace into a complete outdoor entertaining experience.
From a design perspective, the EW5000 is incredibly versatile. We regularly specify it alongside premium natural stone, Crazy Paving, outdoor porcelain, feature brickwork and rendered walls to create outdoor spaces that feel every bit as luxurious as the home’s interior. Whether you prefer a contemporary frameless finish or a more traditional masonry installation, the EW5000 becomes a seamless part of the overall design rather than simply another appliance.
One of the reasons homeowners choose Haus Collective is because we don’t just sell fireplaces—we help create complete living spaces. Our Brisbane showroom features one of Australia’s largest working fireplace displays alongside an extensive range of premium natural stone, allowing you to visualise exactly how your outdoor entertaining area will come together before construction even begins. Our team works closely with homeowners, builders, architects and landscape designers to ensure every fireplace is matched to the home’s style, layout and lifestyle.
If you’re searching for a premium outdoor wood fireplace, an outdoor entertaining fireplace, or a luxury outdoor fireplace that combines authentic wood-fired ambience with exceptional craftsmanship, the Escea EW5000 is one of the finest choices available. At Haus Collective, it’s one of our favourite outdoor fireplaces because it delivers exactly what Queensland outdoor living is all about—bringing people together around a real fire.
